Clear Review
Clear Review was a performance management platform acquired on the same day as Mitrefinch. It needed bringing into the new design system. We rebuilt it using the new system and addressed key usability issues along the way. User tested throughout.

The Challenge
The existing product needed more than just a visual refresh. There were usability issues to address — nothing major, but worth fixing while we were in there. The original designer had moved on before the rebuild started, so I took it through from the beginning.
Before 1
The Redesign
Translated everything from Adobe XD to Figma. Applied the new design system. But we didn't just theme it — when we spotted UX issues, we fixed them. User testing throughout to validate the changes. This wasn't a rushed reskin, it was a proper redesign done efficiently.
Redesign 1
Outcome
I never saw it ship — left before delivery. But the redesign was in development when I moved on, and the work was solid. Before and after tells the story better than I can.
