Transforming edays from a best-of-breed absence management tool into a unified HR platform. Churn data and exit surveys told a clear story — clients were leaving for all-in-one HR systems. Central employee records, document storage with acknowledgements, and a proper org chart kept coming up. Two rounds of user testing. ~60 clients signed up for interest before launch.
